I spent a beautiful weekend in Copenhagen and had the chance to document the story of a very typical Danish sweet made with love at Lille Bakery, one of the best bakeries in town. Lauge, a talented baker, who is originally from Copenhagen and has been part of Lille’s team since the early beginning, delighted the guests with a delicious cinnamon roll with a spark of cardamom.
Lille Bakery has been opened since 2018 and has created a beautiful community around the bakery.
It is a very cute space that brings people together through delicious bread, sweets, breakfast, lunch, a lovely service and a special concept.
They work together with producers who understand the importance of organic and local agriculture, that is both fair and works in harmony with the environment and share the belief that good quality ingredients should be for everyone.
